Respected education leader brings decades of experience turning research, data, and instructional strategy into stronger student outcomes.

July 2026 — Beable is pleased to welcome Stuart Greenberg as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Data and Curriculum. Stuart joined the company in July 2026, bringing decades of experience helping schools and districts translate research and student data into instructional action.

Throughout his career, Stuart has focused on one central challenge: how to turn what educators know about students into the instruction, systems, and support that help them succeed.

“My career has been about translating rigorous research into instruction to drive student achievement,” Stuart said. “Beable brings together personalized literacy instruction, career exploration, and actionable data in a way that gives students a reason to read while helping teachers and administrators understand what each student needs next.”

At Beable, Stuart will work closely with district and school leaders to strengthen implementation, instructional planning, and the use of real-time student data. His role will include helping administrators disaggregate Beable data, identify achievement gaps, and develop acceleration action plans connected to classroom instruction and state priorities.

He will also support Beable’s research and efficacy work, curriculum strategy, alignment with state measures, and the development of scalable approaches districts can use to improve student outcomes.

Stuart previously served as executive director of Just Read, Florida! and director of early learning programs for the Florida Department of Education. He was also assistant director of the Florida Center for Reading Research and spent 22 years with Broward County Public Schools, supporting student achievement across elementary, middle, and high schools.

He later served as chief academic officer for Leon County Schools and held a leadership role in Escambia County Schools, where he focused on improving outcomes in schools designated for improvement by the Florida Department of Education. In previous district leadership roles, Stuart’s strategies contributed to achievement gains in 90% of his assigned schools, with each improving by at least one letter grade, and helped drive a 19% increase in graduation rates.

Most recently, Stuart served as regional vice president of assessment implementation for Curriculum Associates, partnering with districts to strengthen assessment practices and improve student outcomes.

That range of experience gives Stuart a firsthand understanding of what successful implementation requires. Technology alone cannot change student outcomes. Schools also need strong instructional leadership, thoughtful professional learning, consistent use of data, and systems that help educators act on what the data reveals.
