Beable is currently seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager who is as passionate as we are about re-imagining lifelong success for students! You will use your experience owning all aspects of marketing campaigns to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Beable marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, focused on building end-to-end campaigns that drive pipeline, product adoption, and long-term customer growth. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are targeted, timely, and measurable.

Primary responsibilities

Campaign Ownership & Execution

  • Own all aspects of marketing campaigns from concept through launch and post-campaign analysis.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns supporting lead generation, nurturing, onboarding, adoption, and retention.

  • Translate business objectives into clear campaign strategies, timelines, and success metrics.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Support

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline needs.
  • Build and optimize lead nurture journeys.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Create lifecycle campaigns that support customer onboarding, engagement, expansion, and renewal.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, segmentation, and cadence to improve engagement and retention.

HubSpot Management

  • Build and manage campaigns, workflows, lists, segmentation, and automation in HubSpot.

  • Maintain clean data, consistent campaign structure, and accurate attribution.

  • Use HubSpot reporting to monitor funnel performance and lifecycle impact.

Job requirements and qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end, including lead generation and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working in EdTech (preferred) or other SaaS environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for data management
  • Experience using Outreach or similar platform
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
  • Strong communicator and collaborative partner
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes

Beable is currently seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Sales who is a passionate revenue builder motivated by our mission of re-imagining lifelong success for students! You will use your proven record of scaling SaaS EdTech businesses to transform Beable's early-stage sales efforts into a data-driven and predictable revenue organization.  A builder at heart, the successful candidate will pair strong GTM strategy with frontline leadership to navigate complex K-12 buying environments and drive sustainable, multi-year growth.  Reporting to the CEO and serving on Beable's executive leadership team, you will partner closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to build the processes, insights and cross-functional alignment required to accelerate scalable revenue growth. 

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Beable's sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Establish repeatable sales processes, forecasting discipline, pipeline management, and CRM rigor.
  • Refine customer profiles, segmentation, and territory strategy to increase win rates and average contract value.
  • Lead complex K–12 district sales cycles, including RFP processes, multi-stakeholder engagement, and procurement navigation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to align acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, reporting, and revenue analytics.
  • Support executive planning and fundraising through strong revenue modeling and performance insights.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
    • 6+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility in B2B SaaS environments. 
    • Demonstrated success scaling revenue in early-stage companies or comparable high-growth environments.
    • Proven experience selling into K-12 districts and/or adjacent education markets with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes. 
    • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong track record of implementing repeatable sales processes, rigorous forecasting methodologies, and disciplined CRM management.

    • Player-coach leadership style with a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent in mission-driven environments.
    • Ability to build performance cultures grounded in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to translate field insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
    • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
